Absorbency of various bamboo, hemp, & Microfiber inserts

I tested a standard size Sweet Iris snug bug flat and it held a good 20oz. It's incredible what they hold.

Thank you for this. I just got some fabric from natures fabric to make knock off sweet iris and was wondering about the absorbency of the real thing to compare.

That's insane.

Anyone know what the padfold size holds?

Umm. I'm going to answer my own question and give my head a shake for being so temporarily dumb. Ha ha.

Since the padfold is half the size of a standard, I'm going to guess about 10 ounces.

The pad fold is 15" by 30". Are the 27.5" larges the ones people call standard or the 23" mediums?

I think the old "standards" are actually the current XL. 29.5x29.5
