I guess I never realized they had a taste? Just swallowed them. Of course, I enjoy mother's milk tea which has fenugreek right in it. So maybe the taste just never bothered me.

Mine taste a little funky, but I only get that taste if they touch my tongue before swallowing.

Fenugreek is an herb that increases breast milk supply really well. It is often taken in conjunction with the herb Blessed Thistle. Both can be had in capsule, tincture, and tea form. I think Fenugreek capsules have a bad vitaminy aftertaste.
