The milk saga continues with dd

We have had nothing but problems lately with the milk transition for those who havenít read. With reaction to both cheese and milk we decided to take her completely off of dairy and a little bit. So, for three days she has been on a hypoallergenic formula and dairy and soy free food. Yesterday I gave her Honey Nut Cheerios and her cheeks and chin became bright read a couple hours later so I just have no clue any more. I have now taken gluten out of her diet now as well. I figure we will do this for a couple of weeks and then start experimenting with foods to see if she reacts to anything. I really donít know what else to do at this point.

Honey nut cheerios don't have gluten. I don't have any other advice, but if the outbreak was connected to the cheerios, it isn't gluten.

Was she out in the wind or cold? Just verifying it wasn't weather related chapness, but you've probably thought of that.

I'm with Jen about the weather related. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble! Is she still able to drink her previous formula successfully? If so, consider sticking to that for a few months then try again.

I didnít even think of the weather, that makes me feel better.

I have an off brand Cheerios that contain whole wheat.

Night 2 went well like night 1. She is still waking up but then going right back to sleep. Before she would wake up and roll and toss and turn for anywhere from 20 min to an hour. We will see how it goes tonight.
