Re: play doh
I've never actually made playdoh but I did buy 8packs of the little round containers of colored playdoh (generic i'm sure) at dollar tree for $1 for in goodie bags at my dds bday. I would think it would be easier and not cost much at all just to buy normal playdoh. How big are these babies your gonna build though?

Re: play doh
I just made this the other day and my DD loves it--it was really quick & easy and I like the way it turned out.
1c white flour 1/4 c salt 2T cream of tartar 1c water 1T vegetable oil food coloring Mix dry ingerients in a medium pot. Add wet ingredients. Stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. When mixture forms a ball, turn it onton a floured surface and knead. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Re: play doh
imo, it is cheaper to just buy it, you can get a 4 pack of the bigger jars of play-doh at Walmart for I think 1.52, that would probably be enough to divide among everyone, and you wouldn't have to waste party prepping time making the stuff

Re: play doh
I was just gonna say that you should buy it. I saw this big bowl of different colors at KBtoys for like $8 for like 40 little playdoh containers. LOL! That would be cheap and easy.
