Talking My 34 week check up ~ yes, I did find out what that "dropping was" LOL

I went this morning (EARLY) for my appointment. Let me tell you, I love that time, I am home already and the doc was waiting on me (a refreshing change).

Anyway, the weight is great, I am aiming to stay under 20 lbs and I have gained 18 so far. the bp was great (surprised with all the crying and stress the past few days) and the urine was great. No swelling (well, on occasion but nothing major) and I am measuring right on track. The heartbeat was music to my ears!! She did say the baby still has plenty of room in there (my uterus is larger because I have had 3 kids) to move so that is why I feel so much movement.

I asked her about the "dropping incident" and explained the whole story to her. She said while it is not common that is what happened. She said because it is my 3rd pregnancy by body is stretched and knows what to do. She said the baby was probably laying on my bladder and when I was emptying it the baby dropped down there. She said it was great for me to get on my hands and knees as it is comfortable for me and will make the baby move into a more comfortable position. She also said that while I did
"drop" the baby has room to move so she will most likely be active until the very end. So much for my bib baby theory

She also assured me that the hormones and non stop crying are perfectly normal as my hormone levels are sky high right now. She also said that "generally" the emotional stage come, than the nesting (cleaning) and then the baby arrives.

She also said to expect Lilly in August as she can not see how my body will make it to September. The other doc told me the same thing last visit. They will start checking my cervix at the next visit in 2 weeks and begin my weekly visits then.

I am thrilled all is going so well!!
