My girl read 2 books today!!
OK, maybe not a HUGE victory, but i am soo proud of her. She is staring kindergarten in 2 weeks or so, and she is reading soo well. Of course the books are basic, but hey, we all have to start somewhere..
I feel proud of myself too. For taking hte time to teach her to read, and not relying on teachers.... I sooo wish I felt like i could homeschool and do her right... I just dont think it will work this year. but next year is a different story LOL
