This is prob gonna sound really stupid to a lot of you , but...I'm trying to change my avi picture. I uploaded a pic from my computer to Photobucket and resized it to the avitar size, which is less than 150x150, but it is still 62kb. The requirements here say 150x150 or 45kb, whichever is smaller. I can't make it any smaller in Photobucket. Is there a way to reduce kb?

I don't even know if that made any sense, I'm pretty illiterate with computers.
