She might also have a yeast infection not a diaper rash. Try wipe solution
2 tablespoons of mild baby wash
4cups of water
3 drops of tea tree oil
3 drops of lavender
then use flannel wipes.
wash diapers with some tea tree oil not alot.
also you can use ginga violet but lotrimin for her also works put on boobs but try to wash before feeding,
Thrush is how we got rid of the passy....

It doesn't hurt to double up on treatments! I used GV (you have to ask for it at the pharmacy counter, but you don't need a prescription). I also took Grapefruit Seed Extract pills and used GSE drops (diluted) on me in between GV doses. And ate yogurt. Attack that thrush! Get rid of it!

Oh, and if you use any bottles or pacis, boil them every day. Luckily for us it hit before she was old enough to put toys in her mouth -- I don't know what you do about that!

accually they say to throw away the passy and get new ones after the thrush, wash the toys with clorox bleach. Yogurt is great but putting some childrens assidoph in it is better.

Thanks for all the great ideas ladies! Thankfully we got rid of the Thrush w/out using anything other than yogurt and acidopholus... BUT, i will definately keep these ideas handy if it occurs again! Both my kids got a nasty stomach virus just a few days after all this started, so i was seriously surprised that it went away as quickly as it did. Thankfully though, it gave me even more of an excuse to santize my whole house!
