My Mood:
Help mamas!

Ok, so a friend of mine had a baby a week ago and I've organized meals for her. I have two for this week and I made one for her to freeze and another meal that's ready to go to eat today. I made a broccoli salad to go with the meal and it's way too oniony. She's nursing so I want to calm the onion down a bit. Any suggestions? Thanks mamas!

Oh, here are the ingredients:

Bacon - cooked and crumbled
Red onion
Shredded cheddar cheese

Re: Help mamas!

I add cauliflower, raisins and last minute, mushrooms and apple to mine- this would help spread out the onion flavor. (mushrooms and apple will get soggy overnight)
