Where do his legs go? - Kangaroo carry for RS

DS (4 m.0) no longer likes the cradle hold. After a few attempts, I've decided that DS is too interested in everything to do the T2T carry, so I'm trying the kangaroo. However, I can't figure out his legs. I know everyone says "fold" them or "frog" them in, but what does that mean? Are his legs under or in front of him? Are his feet/legs crossed?

Yup, it looks funny at first but it's comfy.
