I haven't used any CDs yet, but I plan to buy about six one size diapers and make about 12 newborn sized diapers myself. I think the t&t would look nicer, but the diaper will be hidden anyway by the cover. I plan to surge mine for the sake of simplicity. I am making them with prefolds and muslin. If anyone has some advice or a good website before I get started that would be great.

When I am sewing dipes I prefer to serge, becuase it takes less time. But, when I buy them I don't usually care either way. We generally use pockets though.
