Question Rashy problem...

Please help
My dd has been rashy off and on for a few months, it seems that as soon as it clears up, it gets bad again. For awhile, I was just thinking that my dh wasn't cleaning her well enough after poops.
We were pretty much using pockets or AI2's at that time. We are using the same detergent and have no stink or repelling issues.
Earlier this week, I noticed that she was really red and swollen so I put her in prefolds and wool for a few days and she cleared up
Today, we went out of the house, I put her in "normal" clothes, so I had her in BP covers and trifolded prefolds inside, and now she is rashy again. I changed her immediately after she pooped and I wiped her well, so I know that isn't the problem.
Can someone help me out with what the problem may be? I hate for her to be rashy, I'm hoping it's not a PUL or poly allergy, but I can't figure out what else it could be.

A possible Idea is she might be allergic to fleece?

Miranda has a allergy/sensitivity to fleece and we had to get out of Cloth because I couldn't afford to sell my 99% fleece diaper stash and buy new

Miranda also had a issue with the BP diapers for the same reason. Good luck.

My dd has a problem with pul. She did ok for a little while and now she has a horrible rash on her legs and her bum is always red so I am in the process of selling my pul dipes for her and getting fitteds to wear and making wool.

I hope you figure it out soon. It is sooooo hard to figure out what the problem is.

I thought that for awhile, but we aren't using any fleece anymore, the BP covers just have minkee on the outside and PUL, I just trifold a pf in there.

I'm wondering if it just isn't breathable or if it's a poly sensitivity....
Thanks Mama!
