Diaper Swappers

What fabrics are best for the layer next to baby's skin? I've read that natural fibers are the best for keeping rashes away, but then I've read that fleece draws the moisture away from the skin.... And then there is micro fleece, bamboo, suedecloth, sherpa, etc. Help!!!

I like bamboo the best but fleece does keep the skin from feeling wet. Hemp is great too, especially the fleece
