Oh, Lisa I'm so sorrry to hear this. Hope Asher is feeling better soon. We had such a time with this with our daughter. I think I told you what worked - it's for athletes foot, lotrimum cream sold at the drug store. It took a few days but eventually did the trick. I just let her run around without anything because at the time we were using sposies and even those trapped too much moisture.

You can use acidophilus powder topically too. Be very sparing with it. Be careful with the nystatin. When we used the cream it ended up burning dd's skin. You could make a wash with the acidophilus andn water, and put that on a cotton ball and then let it air dry. Have you used any tea tree oil in your wipes? A couple drops might help, but again use it sparingly.
