Soup Help needed quick please :)

Ok here's a quick scoop on why and what I need. I am leaving town tomorrow for the weekend to go scrapbooking with 11 other girls. Me and my friend are in charge of Sat. Lunch and I want to have a good EASY soup to make/bring. My though was to make ahead of time, but whatever is easy and quick and maybe can travel 3 hours would be great. Otherwise what's quick and easy to throw together Sat. AM. Would a cream based soup be the best ?

I'm clueless when it comes to any help would be GREAT !!

I do have a crockpot if that helps........

TIA !!!

Hi. You could do either a veggie soup, chili soup, crm of potato or broccoli. Those are all easy to make. Since you have a crock pot then you could maybe buy one of those crockpot bagged soups/meals that they sell at the grocery in the freezer section. HTH's....

Taco Soup! You can precook the meat, then just open all the cans throw it in your crockpot and cook it. It makes a ton you might want to half it if your crockpot is smaller.

Taco Soup

2 lbs. ground beef
2 or 3 cans pinto beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans sweet corn
2 cans kidney beans
1 or 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
1 or 2 large cans tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. ranch dip mix or salad dressing mix

Dump cans of beans and corn, juice and all. Mix in cooked beef tomatoes and mixes. Heat and serve. Beans can vary. We use whatever is in the pantry. Serve with chips, cheese and sour cream.
Serves many, boys and men love it!! Very hearty!
