Remember how we were supposed to be WTC until this fall? And how things got really uncertain recently? Well... um... It looks like I MAY have O'd early.

Granted, I just got off of BCPs so it could just be flukey temps. In the cycle I got pg with Margaret, I O'd at CD 14. My first pregnancy cycle, I O'd at CD 17. So this is REALLY early!

To be fair, though, DH knows the whole situation and that there was a possibility of pregnancy from when we BD'd before (slight though it was) so it's not like I did anything underhanded. And yesterday he definitely knew what was going on because I showed him the chart and explained it all.

I'm just confused, I guess. I have PCOS so I don't expect it to be easy, and I guess I just assumed my first cycle off of BCPs would be annovulatory anyway. I have a very LONG next 2 weeks to get through...

That's what I was thinking, too, but the only reply I got on FF said that her temps were really erratic the first cycle off of BCP. So it could be nothing... Though I did end up with EWCM this afternoon, which I *never* get.

We may not have been "trying" officially before, but you can bet that we will be now!

Today was my 4th day in a row of the same temp, so it looks like the problem is a bad battery on my BBT thermometer rather than early O.

hhmmm...wonder about the battery...
if those are true temps...your patern looks ovulatory to me!
You do know that *some* women with PCOS actually respond with EXTREME fertility the month they come off BCP's...right? It's like your body goes..."no more pills? YIPPPEEE!!!" And shoots that egg out!

I hope it works out the way you want it to!

Once I changed the battery, I started getting different readings so I think that's what the problem was.

I definitely think I ovulated. Going by the pattern of fertile CM and ovulation pains that I had, I'm sure it's happened only a few days ago.

And what you said is exactly why we decided to try right away even though I initially planned on waiting. My labs last month were PERFECT as far as hormones go, and I had no free testosterone plus my sex hormone binding globulin was VERY high. My endocrinologist said I should have no problems getting pg right away, so we figured we'd give it a shot.

Now I just need to get through the next 2 weeks of waiting to test...
