I got AF now what???
I got AF today! Now where do I start? I've never charted or anything, I always knew that when the cramps came I had about an hour before AF showed up. Now that we are trying for #2, I'd like to try to figure out when may be the best or "right" time to DTD for lack of a better phrase. So to all you experts
 , where do I begin with charting? Thanks!!
