I just got my shipment of fbs from the fuzzibunz store, and they seem bigger than my other medium here at home! Will they shrink down once they are washed/dried?

No, they don't shrink. You must've gotten some after a slight pattern change or something.

I've found FBs to be different fit in the same size, which is one reason I decided not to use them anymore. I just wouldn't be able to know if one med would fit and the other would leave red marks on DS's thighs.

That is funny because i have a bunch that i have bought from all different places and now i just bought one in a b&m store and it looks huge compared to my other ones. Maybe they just changed the design.

They haven't changed the design per se, but Tereson, the original founder of Fuzzi Bunz, has just returned to the company. She's making sure that everything is consistently made and made "the way they are supposed to be made." So hopefully there won't be any further problems with inconsistent sizing.

I've noticed that the Fuzzi Bunz I recently bought new myself are larger than the ones I've bought used from other mamas.

Ditto here too. I had some quality issues and had to return some after Tereson and her team came back to Mother of Eden. The new ones are all exactly the same size and have uniform snap placement, and nicer fleece inside. I like them much better now. The inconsistency was expensive for us... Hope you figure it out!
