The people who ask for funded specifically, usually either have two paypal a personal, and one a premier/business. Or they just have a personal acct.

A personal account can't accept credit card payments, only funded.

A premier or business account can accept all payments. BUT, these accounts are charged fees on ALL money coming in, regardless if it was funded or cc.

Taking a break to focus on God & family

Re: PayPal question.

I am new here and will have some fuzzibunz to try to sell... but I want to understand this paypal echeck business first... Does paypal give you the option to Instant Transfer when you're checking out? (I read the bit on the paypal help section about having a CC as backup to do the Instant Transfer bit) I really hate the echeck taking like a week to finalize. Does anybody fully understand the echeck/instant transfer bit?
