Being brave, going try a pw at night, any advice??

I work evenings so DH puts the kiddos to bed. He is all for cding but only wants to use aios, which is cool. He only likes kushies, baybees & magicalls. I am really wanting him to uss fitteds when he puts dd down for the night. They just breath better, kwim?

Our fitteds are pws. So you think they will hold at night with some wool over them? What do I need to do to make the wool work at night? Right now I just wash them with a wool bar from hugadubdub.com (i hope that is right) Will that work at night? Or do I need to get something different? Plus, with it hopefully going to be getting cool here in the next month or so, a dipe & shirt isn't going to cut it at night. TIA for any advice!!

My dd is a flooder. Man, she can pee through just about anything.....EXCEPT a peewell. That's the only dipe we own that I can let her go coverless with and not worry about her peeeing all over everything.

Wool and a pw hold my little one just fine at night (12hrs), so going on that I'd say you'll be just fine!

Yup, the PW and a soaker or wool wrap work for us overnight. The PW reeks like something bad in the morning, though, LOL. BUt it does work! I think you could try it like you have it right now and see.

My hemp PW's with wool are awesome night diapers for us. I had some sherpa PW's and those don't hold all night, but the hemp do

Good Luck!

If you have a hemp PW with a wool soaker you should be good to go! We never ever have a leak! I like to add a thin fleece liner to my PW so DS feels dry overnight. Just a thought...
