Tips/Suggestions for reducing comfort nursing in early AM?
My 19m old ds still nurses part time and I am fine with that except for the early AM comfort nursing he does... lasts from 6am - 7:30am most mornings... we co-sleep... this is the hardest time for me to say "no" because its infinitely easier to just roll over and pop a boob in is mouth.. but its also the most frustrating and stressfull because I *know* he is comfort nursing and its goes on for days and I am not always able to sleep through it... So I am interested in suggestions or tips or whatever since I am no good at troubleshooting stuff in my own life... hehe
And I really do want to stop... even if it means no more co-sleeping... Thx! Cindy
