i was wondering if anyone has their fitteds and their covers? are they worth it or are they junk?

I used a couple dappi covers when we didn't have anything else. They worked okay for diapering on the cheap.

Junk! The good things they have are the nylon pull on covers and the doublers are ok. The wraps and the fitteds don't work and fall apart (the fitteds more so than the wraps.)

If you are looking for a cheap fitted go either with All Together or Dri-Line (which goes under names like Blue Dog or Tiny Tots.)

If you are looking for a cheap wrap cover, you might look for Green Earth Diaper Covers or some WAHMs make them for a good price.

yup, definitely junk.
I got some Dappis as part of an ebay auction that had bumkins that I wanted to try out. UGH, I gave them away!!

I'd have to second, third and fourth this opinion! I got some Dappi fitteds from another mamma and I hate the fit. They say they're supposed to fit up to 20 lbs. but my DD hasn't been able to wear them for a while and she's just under 19. They have zero absorbancy and the fit is awkward.

Maybe I'm odd mad out.. but I think my dappi fitteds are okay for the price. They fit well on my lean son.. and for the price, I can afford to change him more often.

This is what I don't like about the fitteds specifically (they were the first diapers I tried - funny their description says they are the best diapers available on the market today )

The stitching in the vecro comes off and has to be resewn.

I think they are filled with polyfil - meaning they really barely hold anything. My first DS was a heavy wetter and these did not last through 1 hour.

The velcro doesn't hold and the diapers curl.

The wings are not long enough and baby gets scratched. I had a very skinny boy and the wings still did not wrap around far enough for the velcro to not scratch his hips.

I don't think they have elastic, so they are basically contours.

If you are on a tight budget, you would be way better off folding up a prefold or a flat diaper and just laying it in a prorap.
