I have either
a.) refunded your money
or
b.) shipped out already or am shipping tomorrow ( custom orders)

I had someone file a complaint against me with PayPal (even though I emailed them from both of my email accounts) and it really left a sour taste in my mouth... SO if you got refunded I am really really sorry! I took on more than I can handle right now and will only being offering items I have already made rather than offering custom items.
