Which is best? Air dry or dryer??

What is best for the FB's and inserts? I dont use hemp or wool.

Air dry is best for the pocket and dryer for the inserts. Although you can dryer your pockets, it will wear out the elastic sooner than if you line dry them. Luckily they dont take long to air dry.

I love to hang mine in the sun. Helps keep odors and stains at bay and the diapers last MUCH longer.

I always lay the pockets out to dry, but toss the inserts in the dryer. I was always afraid, the heat would kill the PUL on the diapers.

Right now, I'd say Air dry because of the heat. But, I don't like the 'crunchiness' so then put them in the dryer for a few minutes to 'fluff & soften' up

I dry my pockets...I am afraid that someone would steal them if I hung them out to dry... I don'tlive in a very good city.

I air dry the fb and put the inserts in the dryer.

I actually read on the FB website that they suggest that if you line dry, that you put them in the dryer once a month or something, because it helps keep the PUL in good shape.

Most of the time I'm too lazy to hang them up, because that involves going through my huge pile of wet laundry and sorting out things that need to be hung and things that need to go in the dryer. The only reason I generally hang stuff anyway is to use less electricity, and I figure if I'm going to be running a load either way, might as well just do them all!

I will hang them up if I have any stains or anything I need to get out, though.
