Please help! AF and breastfeeding!
Hello!
My youngest dd is 3.5 months old and we are exclusively bf'ing. Early last month I had what I can only imagine to be AF back, though it was really light compared to how it used to be before I got pg. The question is..... now I've been waiting ANY DAY for af to return (she is overdue!) and there has been no sign of it happening right now.... Is this normal? Is my body just "out of whack?" or is this a sign that I could be pg again? As much as I'd like my kids to be close in age, I *really * would prefer them to NOT be exactly one year apart!

Re: Please help! AF and breastfeeding!
I don't know. My daughter is 8 months and I have not had any signs of AF yet. It might be worth taking a test just to put your mind at ease.

When you're pregnant/breastfeeding, it seems as though there is a very wide range of "normal." So yes, what you experienced is probably okay, I'd take a test to be sure.

Re: Please help! AF and breastfeeding!
Can be entirely normal! I had some very faint AF? at 4 months and nothing since and we're now 11 months pp. I'm definately not 7 months along let me tell you! It can come an go depening on horomones, amount babe is feeding, stress, etc. Take a test if it helps you relax - but if you're waiting on edge for it's return it could be many months or tomorrow!
