Diaper Swappers

While giving Sean a bath today I noticed these red bumps on his tummy,

The only thing that I've done differently the last few days is that I started using interlock wool covers on him. Could the wool have caused these spots? Could he be allergic to wool or possibly just to what was used to lanolize?

Has he had a fever? It looks like a viral rash to me.

No fever and he seems fine otherwise

I hope he's not getting sick! My mom came down w/a cold today and she was over on Monday.
