I jsut grill chicken, slice it, and put it on top of the spag marinara. Did you want to bake it or something? In that case, just chop up cooked chix, and throw that and cooked noodles with a jar of sauce top w/mozzarella. Super easy and cheap!

Re: Chicken Spaghetti

Hre is our recipe:
2 or 3 cooked, chopped chicken breasts (you can use more if you want.)
1 c. sour cream
28 oz can of diced tomatoes undrained
3 T basil
1 can mushrooms (opt.)
1 small onion, sauteed (opt.)
1/4 C chopped green olives
1 lb. cooked spaghetti
1 C shredded cheddar or other cheese
Put all together in a bowl and mix well - you can mix it and put in the fridge for the next day like this if you want.
Pour it into a greased 9X11 dish and top with more shredded cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 min to an hour.
We love it!

Re: Chicken Spaghetti

I have a recipe too. I kind of adapted a few other recipes to come up with this one.

1 lb chicken meat, cooked and diced
1 lb velveeta cheese
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
some veggies if you'd like - we use diced bell peppers, celery, onion, whatever we have on hand basically
1 lb spaghetti, cooked according to package direction

Chop cheese, combine with tomatoes and soup. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently. When it starts getting melty, add veggies and chicken. When it's all blended together, combine it with the spaghetti. It really is yummy. Tastes kind of like chicken queso w/ spaghetti. Even my kids like it.

I'm wanting it to have the white sauce, not tomato.

I make it sometimes with Cream of chicken soup with no mushrooms or you can use cream of celery or a creamy cheese soup...
