Re: Morning Sickness

Accupressure points and real lemons lemonaide, etc. Also, I could only handle eating salty carbs when I was feeling crappy...french fries and baked potatoes, tater tots, and also...jolly rancher candies.

You don't have to sleep after you take it, its just hard not to fall asleep when it makes you drowsy. When I really need it, I take it around the clock. You can split the pills in half or even quarters to lessen the drowsiness. You can take up to 3 whole pills in a 24 hour period. Half a pill makes me really sleepy for about 30 minutes, if I can fight off sleep that long then I'm okay, and if you take them regularly they will stop making you drowsy when your body gets used to it.

Re: Morning Sickness

I might try that when dh is onshore, I'm afraid I'd sleep through an alarm! I get drowsy from an ibuprofin lol.
