I need birthday party menu ideas!

DD is having her birthday party on Sunday, the theme is Mickey Mouse. I am trying to come up with some ideas. So far we have:
cake
pigs in a blanket (for hot dog)
Fruit bowl
finger sandwiches cut out like Mickey Mouse

It's an 11:00 a.m. party, so I need something a bit more substantial then little bites. Have any great mouse related foods? Oh and DD is lactose intolerant, so we can't do anything that is straight cheese.

how about ants on the log? instead of using celery use bananas, put pb on them, and then raisins on top, you can also use nuts. YUM!!! It was a big hit at ds's birthay!

and what about veggie and dip platter?
