what can i make with these items?

we ordered grocries online and got alot of items we did not want, the store told us too just keep them so now what can i make too use them up? we have a big bag of carrots, potatos and alot of half & half. we have had carrots with every meal last week and tomarrow is potato soup, but we still have plenty of both left over and i have no idea what too do with half & half?? any tips or recipies would be great. do you think carrots and half & half would be good in potato soup
