Doubler question

What is the best fabric to make doublers? I have a gift card to JoAnne Fabrics and a coupon for 50% so I thought I would make some instead of buying them.

Re: Doubler question

Danielle, the only doublers I've made are fleece topped microfiber. I got the mf from Target and the fleece from Joann's. Just serged them together. I really like mine and you can tailor the absorbency by adding more layers of mf.

HTH!

Re: Doubler question

I made some out of fleece (recycled blankie) and did a 4 layer fleece and also used the rest of it for cloth wipes

And a question to add to yours
Would Terry cloth work or is the microfiber better to put on the top or bottom of the doubler??
