Red face Exercises?

Its cold here. I hate cold.

Meanwhile I want to exercise...mostly my butt It needs some lifting from being sat on so much....

Any suggestions? I need a *little* activity..

I shovelled snow yesterday. But I'm trying to do a video in the am before I shower.

make it fun, turn some music on and dance, walk around the mall at a faster than normal pace, buy a step bench and do some step aerobics, or if you have stairs, make many trips up and down them

squats are a good exercise, they work out your butt and abs and quads, etc. i use a kettlebell as a weight, but before i had one i'd use anything that was heavy. a case of records, a bag of books, a kid, lol. i like to use my daughter as part of my exercises, she has a little bit of weight, but not too much, and she likes me lifting her up and down so it's fun for both of us.
also pilates can be fun to do if you like the slower paced exercises, which is good for pregnancy since you don't want to hurt yourself (i'm clumsy, lol).

Cold here too. And TONS of snow. I have been doing some yoga and a few of those exercises from the pregnancy books. It doesn't really feel like full on exercise but at least I feel like I'm doing something with my fat body.
