Re: If you aren't finding out the gender...

We don't have a nursery, so that's a no brainer for us. We're cosleeping and the spare room that will eventually be the child's room is already green. But we didn't buy a crib or decorate the room, so it doesn't matter.

Everything we have bought and registered for is gender neutral. It hasn't been a problem.

Olive green sounds delish. I also like the brown idea. With brown, you could later add accents of blue or pink.

Teehee, I wouldn't have a problem either if it was my first child. But I guess after 3 boys and desperately wanting a girl, I have waited a long time for pink and purple!

Re: If you aren't finding out the gender...

I don't want to find out the sex of this baby, but my DH does. We are pregnant with our 4th, and last child, and like you already have 3 boys. I am so okay with doing a gender neutral theme [ we don't have a nursery, but like to do a theme for the bedding and such ] if this is another boy, but if we do happen to have a girl, I want ALL PINK lol. So I am torn. I love being organized, so I want to get things ready before he/she arrives, but if the baby comes out a girl, and I take her home in yet another blue/green carseat, I am going to be kind of bummed

Re: If you aren't finding out the gender...

I dont plan on finding out this time. The baby will be in our room, so I wont have to worry about a nursery.
as far as clothes I am buying just a few outfits for both genders and then doing a big shopping spree once he/she gets here.
for diapers, I am only getting newborn and smalls and I am getting both boyish and girly. I dont really care about that since I know they wont be in them for long anyway

Just wanted to tell you I also have 3 boys and this will be our 4th. We weren't going to find out the sex but after reading everyone on;ine finding out the suspense was killing me. So we found out and this time we are having a girl. So we are doing the nursery all pink. Sending Pink vibes your way.

Hey Rae (OP)

I would go with a green and white nursery theme and if #4 is a girl you can embellish/supplement with pink.

Funny thing is that I used to hate the pink/green combo, but now that I live in the south it looks really neat here.

No we found out for all of them. I really wanted this one to be a suprise but I couldn't wait. Sometimes I wish i did because I would have been so shocked when she is born.
