Diaper Swappers

I have been back to ecing all of one day now. i did it back when she was 5-6 months and we had a good system then things went wonky in our family life and had to revert back to dipes and she was in cloth. well now i want to get back to ec. and well i started her this morning every ten mins on the big potty and she refuses to go. she has peed twice in the floor and held it till she got a dipe for nap and bed time. what am i doing wrong? please someone guide me.

Give it time, and keep offering. It might take her a bit to remember that the potty is for waste.
