At Planned Parenthood they don't usually do blood tests, you have to have a certain certification to draw blood and a lot of them are just front/back office staff that can do urine tests and such. That's always been my experience there as a teen and going w/ friends later on. They usually do a urine test and if its negative than they usually explain the slim possibilities of it being positive (esp. if she has AF...) and give her condoms and BC if she wants. Unless they have fancy PPs in big cities they usually don't do an u/s or anything unless absolutely necessary, especially if the person doesn't have insurance or qualify for medicaid.
