I went into more detail about the difference between old and new a few posts up. The different waay they fit prolly depends on the build of your baby. Mine is a 7 mo old chunk and guessing by the age of greenmountainmama's lil one, he is prolly taller and slimmer at least compare to my lil chunker.

Swaddlebees fit really well on the skinny to average sized baby. If your baby is pretty average and the belly and legs are equally plump either style will fit about the same.
If however, baby has a chubby belly and skinny legs...the side-snapping wins hands down every time. vice versa works too with chubby legs and skinny belly's. It has to do with the way the side snap allows independent waist and leg control. HTH, |
