Thanks for a slightly-less bumpy stocking. I am overselling everythingby about 10:1, so I can't stock anything else until I do an inventorycount and we ship out what we have already sold. Becky has been working nonstop on shipping and is just now todayfinishing shipping the orders from last Friday. Rest assured, we arededicated to keeping our five business days pledge. We've made more progress on solving the cart problems. However, it'sgoing to take some time to fix them. I will keep you notified and letyou know when everything is **** & span. Thanks again. If you placed an order and did not receive aconfirmation email or an order number through the store, please emailme. However, bear in mind that sometimes it takes a few hours for theorder confirmation to come through. I am still refunding shipping from Wednesday night, don't worry if Ihaven't gotten to you. Also, if you are new, we don't combine orrefund shipping. It's too hard with our shipping system. Again, thank you for your patience. I know that many of you arewaiting on email from me and I have sent it, but I'm going to have togo and email you from my personal email account because your ISP hasbounced my email.
