Swaddlebees OV Pocket vs OV fitted?

Has anyone tried either one. Do they fit the same? Do you like them? I have lots of inserts that work for night that I could use in the pocket and also have a couple heavy duty lay in soakers that I could add to the fitted. I'm just curious if anyone has tried either and what you think.

Thank you!

Re: Swaddlebees OV Pocket vs OV fitted?

I use the OV fitteds exclusively, although mostly for day. I have used them at night when all my vbsn's are dirty and with a wool or fleece cover we've gotten through the night without any leaks. I love, love, love these fitteds. Aside from a handful of aio's I keep they're the only daytime dipe in our stash. HTH

Re: Swaddlebees OV Pocket vs OV fitted?

The OV Pockets do not have the inner flap soaker that the fitted would have. The fitted has soaker material of hemp/cotton...so if you were stuffing the OV Pocket with Hemp they would be pretty comparable in absorbency.

If you wanted to use microterry inserts you would just have a quick drying night time diaper.

I really love the OV Fitted, I think it is worth the little bit extra just to pull it all out of the dryer whole. No piecing this with that, and stuffing this, yada, yada.

We too have used them for overnight when the fleece lined happy hempy's run out. For being so trim the OV Fitted sure holds a lot. We like to use it during the day under the Swaddlebees Fleece Covers.

I have both and kinda prefer the pocket only because it seems to stay sofer. The fitteds kinda are stiff...Maybe i need to wash them differently.

Haven't tried the OV pocket, but have tried the regular pockets and the OV fitteds. We LOVE the OV fitteds, ours are soft soft soft and yes, very absorbant for the trim fit. They do fit my son differently than the reg. pockets...he wears a large in the OV fitted but a medium in the pocket. We had an OV AIO in large but it was too big.
