My Mood:
sick baby and CDing

Ok, I know I've read about not using CDs after VAX, but what about if she's just sick? DD has some "bug" (been emailing with pediatrician) that includes diarrhea. Yesterday and this morning was using CD, but then had my mom (who's home watching her) switch back to 'sposies. Anything special I should do with the dirty dipes when they are washed? Is it worth using the 'sposies? I hate them now that we're using FBs.
Any info appreciated,
Sarah

BTW, we do wash in hot water, but it's not cranking hot. No scalding here.

I would crank your water heater higher just in case, until the illness is gone.

Good idea on the water heater. Also, it may be rotavirus which is going around . Do you think that makes any difference over it being a bacterial issue?
Thanks,
Sarah

No I don't think it makes a difference, personally. We had 2 separate bouts of roto here (about 6mos apart so they were unrelated) & CD'd the whole time. Just crank that water heater on up LOL

We also just got over yeast & I cranked the water heater up & sunned my dipes to kill it. Worked fine.

So do you think sunning is better than the dryer?

I think it's a matter of personal pref, but I did the sunning for the yeast b/c lots of mammas suggested it explaining that the sun kills yeast.

When DS's had roto it was freezing outside & although I could have, I didn't sun my dipes. In the dryer they went & the did great.
