A person that you were pm'ing back and forth for about a week regarding an item. The said person said they were buying your item, you turned others away, and now you lost all sales?

Honestly, I am not sure what to do. But I am a little ticked about this.

I don't really make any money at this stuff. It is mostly to keep stuff outta land fills and to save up some secret money for our family vacation in a year or two. I guess I am mad that I spent so much time with this transaction and I didn't end up "earning" anything from it.

Yup. Sorry mama! Its frustrating. But if there was no money sent and no item mailed no feedback can be left.

I had this happen to me once too. It was SO frustrating. I guess all you can really do is set a holding rule and stick to it

i really think we should be able to leave feedback for stuff like this
a mama did the same thing to me she said she wanted something and said she sent payment and i never got it and now she isnt interested

I'm sorry, but feedback for things like this are really just not fair IMO. People are entilted to change their mind if they want or dont want an item anymore. And, they should be able to do so without getting neg/neutral feedback over it.
It may be frustrating, but you always have the option to "first come first serve" from my experience with this and waiting and then either people changing their mind or not Pming back that I do not hold items AT ALL for any period of time (maybe 24 hrs, but when Im selling I usually need the $$ asap).
I could only imagine if everyone got a negative every time they couldnt check their PMs or changed their mind.

Although it is frustrating. I have had it happen to me time and time again,and it is frustrating. If there is not a complete for sure transaction then no feedback can be left.
