Stupid question from the newbie!

Ok, is there a shortcut or a faster way to find posts that you have replied to or to check and see if anyone has replied to your posts? Does that make sense?

For example, this A.M. someone posted a thread for new CDing mamas to help us out....I replied to it and wanted to see what everyone had said BUT I cant find it anywhere...

I know that I get email messages when someone PM's me but not about the posts.

I always go to my profile and hit view prolfile, and then on the bottom left it will have a spot that says view all posts started by X username. i click that and my past posts i made or replied to all come up for me to go back and view.
otherwise you can go to subscribe to the thread. under thread tools, scroll down to subscribe to this thread. HTH

I go to quick links and then to My Profile and then you can click on threads posted by me or threads started by me or something like that. Is that what you're asking? HTH

I also have to chuckle because if you can't find posts you've made you probably won't be able to find this one

I click on 'user cp' at the top.

Me too....I click on user cp. There's also probably something in your options - if you go to user cp and click on "option" on the left, scroll down that list and somewhere on it there's probably an option to choose to get emails when someone posts - I actually turned mine off b/c I post to too much stuff and my email box is always full of "reply to post ... on ds ..."

ETA: yeah, if you choose "edit options", there's a "Default Thread Subscription Mode" - if you change it, you can get email notification
