I have been reading more and more about the BPA stuff (my technical term

) and I really want to switch to glass bottles. But my DD has only been able to take 1 type of bottle, the Ventaires. We had so many problems with Dr. Browns, and drop ins, and a couple others we tried. It has been about 4 months since we had those problems, but she is doing so well I am afraid to change her. What are the best glass bottles to get? Are there any that are really good as far as not giving LOs gas and won't be super expensive. We are on a tight budget right now and I can't really afford a bunch of super expensive bottles.

I love the evenflo. The best part is that only the actual bottle has to be ordered you can pick up extra nipples anywhere.

No the only have the classic bottle shape. These seem to be a little sturdier b/c the glass is thicker imo

born free now has a glass bottle,(wide neck) $10.99 @Babies R us, and so does dr browns ( reg neck) dont know price also @bru Both have a vent that is supposed to help with gas. But evenflo's are SO cheap $5 for 3 bottles, I think it is worth a try

evenflo has never stopped making glass bottles actually you can find them at burlington coat factory baby depot....for cheaper than you think...I glass with my now 2 year old becuse the plastic ones always smelled funny after washing....

I use glass bottles and have for about 6 months, they are awesome! We use Evenflo and the nipples and bottles are cheap and pretty industructible. We have only broke one when my dh dropped in on the concrete. My ds also had gas issues with playtex drop-ins and they all went away when we started using the evenflo glass bottles...w/ no fancy stuff either.
