Dream-Eze OV on a newborn?

How do the Dream-Eze OV fitted do on a newborn? Are they low enough rise not to rub the umbilical stump? I noticed they don't have a umbilical dip in the size small. Also the size small says it fits from 6 pounds. Anybody have experience with that? How does it hold in BF poops? Are they pretty trim?

Thanks!

Re: Dream-Eze OV on a newborn?

I didn't use Dream-Eze until DS was closer to 4 months, and by then he was in a large already! They do fit low-rise, so I would imagine they could possibly be low enough, but I'm really not sure. I know that they do hold in BF poo great (of course, as long as the size is right), as they've held in plenty of blowouts from DS! As for trimness, I find them to be pretty trim on my 5-month-old, and they are really absorbent and soft. I loved Mutts NB for the newborn stage, but now that he's bigger, I really love the Dream-Eze. Maybe someone else knows about the sizing...
