The answer is Yes.
Thanks for the answer. Sorry it wasn't clear enough for me.

I wouldn't be at all suprised if we eventually do something like that, but we need your input to know what would need to be clarified first. As you can see, I'm still figuring it out myself.

Another clarification, if that' ok Lee...
Can I asked to be spammed? Or if I ask 'where can I spend my $$, I'm bored' type thing, can wahms post and say 'come spend it with me, here _____' or something? If it's specifically asked for, is that considered spam?

That is allowed. It isn't unsolicited spam, as you're asking for it. WAHMs are welcomed to reply to people soliciting spam for products they make/sell. The rule is there against unsolicited spam, like this:
Poster: 'What's up, ladies? Man! I have a killer headache. What a day!'
Spam: 'Sry you're feeling crappy mama. I sell Tylenol on my site. Come on over and I'll give you a 50% discount! Here's the link: www.headachefixer.com.'

The poster in no way asked who sold headache medicine. She was just stating that she had a headache, but the reply was unsolicited spam.
If she said this:
Poster: 'What's up, ladies? Man! I have a killer headache. Please tell me there's someone out there who has a cure for it!'
Spam: 'Sry you're feeling crappy mama. I sell Tylenol on my site. Come on over and I'll give you a 50% discount! Here's the link: www.headachefixer.com.'

That clear is up a bit, mama?

My guess is someone feels awfully threatened

I would love to be able to agree with this but I have been around here long enough to know better. Not that I am in any way calling the DS staff morons, but I have had many an encounter with mods in which they say/do something that is flat out wrong...and every time I remind myself that they are just mamas like me and they make mistakes, have bad days, don't know everything etc... but that doesn't really help the fact that I get a note written in my profile or my post deleted...where as they get to have the final word in the dispute weather they are wrong right.

All I'm saying is that in many cases the discretion of certain members of your mod team is not the best judgment and in many cases not even fair...for the most part they are good at what they do (there are some fabulous mods/admins here!) but I've also seen some who are bad, vengeful, having a mean day or just plain out to get me. So since I really DO care about being a member of this community, I need to have the rules clearly defined for me in black and white to protect myself from "discretion."

It really depends on the nature. Once you hit 3 strikes though there is going to be a possibility that your account is banned. All depends on the situation and again, we will use discretion and we aren't out to get you.

That is a good idea and maybe something they can put together tomorrow when more are online.

Lee - will you be informing everyone on the rules page that the current definitions of what is not allowed will be retroactively applied to any and all posts including those at least as far back as over a year ago?
