I've been sending and recieving pm's for days now and all of a sudden I can't send one. It said I had to have 15 posts. Did something change?

Man, I just trying to learn the ropes around here. Surely, I can get to 15 post tonight so I can pm. I'm just trying to buy some diapers!!

Yeah, I'm kind of upset that I can't pm the people that I've already pm'd and have bought diapers from. All I wanted to do was thank the one person and ask the other if she had sent them yet!
It's quite frustrating actually.

i had a mama say she cant pm me in one of my fsot threads.... she has been a member for a while..(407 posts).. do u know whats up with that???
