Out of curiosity:

At 4 months, how big is/was (weight then height) your little boy?
How much was he at birth (weight then height)?
If older now, how old is he and how big is he now (weight then height)?

The reason I'm curious is that my ds at his 4 month check up was 17.5 pounds and 27.5 inches. We don't have tall people in our family (except on my side 2 generations ago LOL) and I just want to see what others have experienced in terms of born big-stayed big/born big-thinned out, etc.. I know this isn't really scientific, but my curiosity is peaked!!

Caleb was 20 lbs and 27 inches
How much was he at birth (weight then height)?
7 lbs 3 oz, 20 inches (though I'm not sure about height)-- BUT he was also born at 34 weeks
If older now, how old is he and how big is he now (weight then height)?
Caleb is 41 lbs and tall... 39 or 40 inches.

At 4 months he was 22 lbs 11 ozs and 27 inches tall.

He was 8 lbs 3 ozs at birth and 22 inches

He is now 21 months and is 38 lbs and 38 inches.

Qai was 18 lbs and 28 inches
Qamerin has his 4 month check on Wed, but we were there a week ago and he weighed 14 lbs and not sure on height, but he is long!!
How much was he at birth (weight then height)?
Quinn was 7lbs 14 oz and 21 3/4 inches
Qai was 7 lbs 13 oz and 20 1/2 inches
Qamerin was 8 lbs 4 oz and 21 inches
If older now, how old is he and how big is he now (weight then height)?
Quinn is 6 1/2 and 50 lbs and 50 inches
Qai is 2 1/2 and 31 lbs and 40 inches

I don't have measurements for exactly 4 months but at 3 months and 1 week old he was 12 1/2 pounds and 23 1/2 inches long.

At birth, he was 6lbs, 5oz and was 17 inches long.

Now, at 16mo he's 18lbs, 11oz. and 28 inches long.

Birth - 6lbs 13oz, 19 and 1/2"
1.5m - 11lbs 1oz, 21 and 1/2"
3.5m - 14lbs 9oz, 24"
5m - 16lbs 8oz, 25 and 1/4"
10m - 21lbs 6oz, 28 and 3/4"

He's 11m now and I have no idea how tall he is, but he weighs about 22lbs. I do know he just went thru a huge growth spurt. I didn't even notice until I set something on the table (at what I thought was) out of his reach and he just reached up and got it. Then all of a sudden I realized his legs were super long and his buddha belly was almost gone! I have no idea when any of this happened, but I can't believe I didn't notice when it was happening!

Patrick: 19lbs 11oz & 27 1/4 inches

Sean: 15lbs & 26 inches

How much was he at birth (weight then height)?

Patrick: 8lbs 9oz & 21 3/4inches

Sean: 8lbs 2oz & 20.5 inches

If older now, how old is he and how big is he now (weight then height)?

Patrick: almost 8 1/2 yrs about 60lbs and 4'6" tall

Sean: 6 years old, 45lbs and 45 inches tall

Patrick has always been a big boy, Sean started out almost the same size but has always had a more lean and petite build than his brother. My oldest was a very chunky monkey as a baby but he's long and lean now. Sean is leaner but he has the muscles and 6 pack of a body builder, no joke! He is all muscle... except for his skinny little chicken legs.

(but even those are all muscle if you feel them) Unfortunately, everyone thinks he's the 3rd born because my dd (who is actually the 3rd born) is the same size or a little bigger than him! Right now, she's 5yo, 48lbs and 45inches and has the thicker build like my oldest. She was 7.5 lbs and 20inches when she was born! My youngest was a preemie so she doesn't count

but even she is packing on the pounds and doesn't look significantly smaller any more. She was average size for a 4mos old at her last check up. BTW, Dh is 6'2" and I'm 5'2"

Birth: 4lbs 14oz (dropped to 4lbs 7oz), 17 3/4 inches
4 Months: 12lbs 5oz, 23 inches
5.75 Months (just got back from the ER an hour ago): 14lbs 13oz, 26 inches
