Re: What is the very best insert for HEAVY wetters?
Hmm, I've got a heavy wetter and the MOEs have anyways been GREAT for us!
For night time I use two MOES in a dipe, that lasts him 10-12 hours! JB are super trim so you might could use 2 of those in a dipe!

Re: What is the very best insert for HEAVY wetters?
We have a super flooder:
We love SNAP-EZ day and night inserts. They are unstopable. I also use Joey Bunz with a MOE size MF on top. I tried towels and thought the were too bulky. I also like 1/2 of a Wonder-full on top of a Joey Bunz. Basically JB's are very necessary for us. Good luck!

Hemp with microfiber towel wrapped around it. Boil you hemp inserts to prep them. I have sewnappy and joeybunz. Best price I found for joeybunz was http://www.greenmountaindiapers.com/

Re: What is the very best insert for HEAVY wetters?
The Snap-Ez night inserts are worth the money if you need that much absorbency. They aren't good for days though-- they were so bulky I wasn't even sure I liked them at night, and they definitely are too bulky for days.
I love the 3-ply hemp trifold inserts from Jamtots. It's 9 layers of hemp, which is definitely a good amount for a heavy daytime wetter, and it's still relatively trim and even fits in a trim diaper like a Swaddlebees pocket.

Re: What is the very best insert for HEAVY wetters?
a joey plus a MOE has worked great for us. We use two joeys and a MOE for nighttime and that has worked really well (as does our VBSN of course).
