I sent a mama here $10 paypal for a diaper she offered me having seen my ISO. She said she'd get it shipped within a couple of days. That was maybe 12 days ago. I just tried to PM her to check when it shipped and saw she was banned and has 3 neg feedbacks recently I sent the same message to her via email, but I have a bad feeling about this.

At what point do I have a case with Paypal?

I think you have 45 days to file with paypal, was her neg feedback for selling? (I'm assuming so) I'd file asap if I were you I'm sorry Mama

This is the first time I've tried to contact her since she said she'd be shipping them asap, so I'll give her a day or so to respond to my email before contacting Paypal. Having read the recent complaints about this mama, I don't think I'll be seeing my $10 again

if you dont, do leave FB eventhough she is banned now. banned mamas can come back after 6 months so its good to have all her feedback on record once she does come. goodluCK!!

file with PP immediately then, i wouldnt even wait, that many negs scare me, thats is why we stress everyone to check feedback before sending money or doing any trades, i hope your bale to get what you bought form her or get your Pp back. goodluck mama

OK, so I've filed with Paypal. I also emailed the Mama and she told me she sent the diaper last Saturday (9th Sept) but there's still no sign of it

I don't honestly expect to ever get it or any money back, but do I have to wait for Paypal to reach a conclusion to leave negative FB? The original transaction took place on the 28th of Aug.
