velour covers??

Are they like wool or do they have to be washed after every wet? I want to use a pair for dd, who is trying to potty train, but still has lots of misses... Can someone let me know?? I have a mama holding a pair for me...

TIA!!!

I'm guessing it's a cotton velour which has to be washed after it's wet. Unless there is a hidden layer of PUL, I don't think it's waterproof.

If the velour (which I'm assuming is cotton) gets wet than you'd want to wash it. I've never heard of a velour cover though. Do you have a link to one?

This is the link to the one I'd like to get.

So then wool is the only thing you can get wet, dry and re-use without having to treat/wash??

Oh ok that is fleece You can let fleece air dry but it will need to be washed more than a wool cover.

With my fleece covers, I usually get about 2 wearings/diaper changes out of them before I wash them.
