Selling Question WWYD?

im trying to sell some things. I had someone email me asking for a quote on shipping last night
i emailed her back right away with a total and asked her to let me know either way if she still wanted the items.
I hadnt heard from her by this morning, so i emailed her back saying i have others interested, so if she could please let me know either way it would be appreciated.
well i still havent heard anything.
now i have someone else saying they can pay me NOW if i would sell them to her.
What would you do?
would you just sell the items to the person that definitely wants them now, or wait and hopefully hear back from the original person.

That is something that sucks about selling online- people not bothering to let you know they are not interested
